1. Booking & Service Agreement

  • All taxi bookings are subject to availability.

  • Customers must provide accurate pickup and drop location details.

  • Booking confirmation will be provided via call, SMS, or WhatsApp.

  • The company reserves the right to refuse service in case of incorrect or misleading information.

2. Pricing & Payments

  • Taxi fares are calculated based on distance, duration, route, and type of vehicle.

  • Toll charges, parking charges, state tax, and night charges (if applicable) may be extra.

  • Prices may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or special events.

  • Payment can be made via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or other available payment modes.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Free cancellation may be allowed if done within a specified time before pickup.

  • Late cancellations may attract cancellation charges.

  • Refund (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • No refund for no-show cases.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Passengers must behave respectfully with drivers.

  • Smoking, alcohol consumption, or illegal activities inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.

  • Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will be chargeable.

  • Customers are responsible for their personal belongings.

5. Driver & Vehicle Policy

  • Drivers will carry valid licenses and required documents.

  • Vehicles will be maintained in proper condition.

  • In case of breakdown or emergency, we will arrange an alternate vehicle (subject to availability).

6. Delays & Liability

  • Rajkot Janki Taxi is not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Traffic conditions

    • Weather conditions

    • Roadblocks or government restrictions

  • We are not liable for missed flights, trains, or appointments due to unforeseen delays.

7. Website Usage
